Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when ViralWorker ("we", "us") may issue a refund for a subscription or credit-pack purchase. It forms part of our Terms of Service and Conditions of Sale. By creating an account and by completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Digital service — purchases are generally final
ViralWorker sells access to a digital, AI-powered generation service. Credits and subscription entitlements are delivered immediately (or at the start of each billing period). For that reason, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, including unused credits and unused time in a billing period.
3. Hard rule: AI usage makes a purchase non-refundable for change of mind
If your account has used the Service to run even a single AI generation (a prompt that calls our AI providers), we have already incurred real API and infrastructure costs on your behalf.
In that case, you are not eligible for a refundbased on dissatisfaction, preference, change of mind, or statements such as "that doesn't suit me," "that doesn't work for me," "I changed my mind," or "I don't want it anymore." Using the AI confirms that the paid service was delivered and consumed.
This rule applies whether the generation succeeded, partially succeeded, or produced output you later decide you do not like. AI output quality varies; reviewing and iterating on prompts is part of normal use of the Service and does not create a refund right.
4. Your prompts, your results — including "it broke my game"
ViralWorker is an AI assistant. It follows the instructions you write. The quality, safety, and usefulness of the result depend heavily on how clear, complete, and accurate your prompts are — and on your own review of what gets applied in Roblox Studio.
You accept that AI generation may modify scripts, instances, and systems in your place. If a generation changes or breaks your game, that does not create a refund right. Common non-refundable situations include, without limitation:
- Vague, incomplete, contradictory, or beginner-level prompts that the AI interpreted in a way you did not intend;
- Asking the AI to edit, rebuild, or "improve" existing systems without precise constraints (what to keep, what not to touch, how systems should behave);
- Running multiple iterative prompts that progressively alter your place until something breaks;
- Claiming "it broke my game," "it ruined my scripts," or "that doesn't work for me" after you instructed the AI to generate or modify content;
- Dissatisfaction with AI quality in general — you accepted that AI output is imperfect when you agreed to our Terms and this Refund Policy.
In short: you are responsible for your prompts and for reviewing AI output before relying on it. We sell access to AI generation, not a guaranteed finished game that matches every expectation. Even when the AI is imperfect, once generations have run, the service was delivered and a refund for dissatisfaction is not available.
5. Limited cases we may review
We may, at our sole discretion, review a refund request only when:
- Accidental or duplicate purchase — for example, you were charged twice for the same plan or pack due to a clear billing error, and the duplicate was not used in a meaningful way; or
- Proven billing error on our side — for example, a charge that does not match the price shown at checkout, or a renewal after a valid cancellation that took effect before the renewal date.
Even in those cases, if AI generations were run after the purchase, we may deduct the value of consumed service, refuse a full refund, or offer account credit instead. There is no automatic right to a refund. Game quality, broken places, or prompt misunderstandings are never reviewed as billing errors.
6. What is never a valid refund ground
- Change of mind, "doesn't suit me," or "doesn't work for me" after using AI generation;
- Claims that the AI "broke my game," ruined scripts, or damaged systems after you asked it to generate or modify content;
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, style, correctness, or Roblox Studio results — including when caused by unclear user prompts;
- Being new to Roblox Studio or not knowing how to phrase effective prompts;
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date (see cancellation rules);
- Unused credits remaining in the balance after you used the Service;
- Buying the wrong plan or pack after you already generated with the account;
- Chargebacks filed to bypass this policy (see below).
7. Chargebacks & payment disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer while you have used AI generations is considered abuse of the payment system. We will contest such disputes with evidence including, without limitation: your legal acceptances (account creation and checkout), subscription and payment records, and AI usage logs (timestamps, models, token counts, and provider cost). Accounts involved in abusive chargebacks may be suspended or terminated.
8. How to contact us
If you believe you qualify under Section 5, email contact@viralworker.com from the email on your account within 7 days of the charge, and include your account email, the Stripe receipt or approximate date/amount, and a brief explanation. Requests that do not meet Section 5 will be declined.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence. Where a mandatory cooling-off right applies to digital content, you acknowledge that by requesting immediate access to AI generation and by using it, you may lose that right to the extent permitted by applicable law.
