1. Purpose
These terms govern the ViralWorker partner programme, run by being updated (see the Legal Notice). They complement the Terms of Service. A partner recommends ViralWorker with a personal link and earns a commission on the subscriptions they bring.
2. Admission
Joining is by application, which ViralWorker accepts or refuses freely on the criteria shown on the programme page (audience, activity). A partner must link at least one TikTok or YouTube account and accept these terms. Money payouts go through Stripe and are reserved for adults; a parent may open the payout account for a minor partner.
3. Attribution
A person arriving through a partner's link is recognised for 60 days; if they create an account within that time, they are attached to that partner for good. A partner cannot refer themselves.
4. Commission
- 20% of the first subscription payment of each referred person. Renewals and later subscriptions of the same person earn no commission.
- No commission on a €0 payment, or on one made while the partner is suspended.
- A commission may be cancelled if the payment that produced it is refunded, disputed or fraudulent.
5. Using your earnings
- Convert to credits: at any time, with no minimum, at the shop's price; a conversion is final.
- Bank payout: a commission can be withdrawn 14 days after the referred person paid, from €20 of withdrawable balance, to a verified Stripe payout account (euro-area countries). Stripe's fees are paid by the partner and shown before each withdrawal.
6. Promotion rules
The partner agrees to:
- present ViralWorker honestly, with no misleading promise of earnings or results;
- clearly disclose the commercial partnership in their content (for example "partnership" or "affiliate link"), as influencer-marketing law requires;
- not spam, nor use fake accounts, fake reviews or artificial sign-ups;
- not present themselves as ViralWorker or Roblox, and follow the rules of the platforms they use.
7. Status and taxes
The partner acts independently; the programme creates no employment relationship. The partner is responsible for declaring their earnings and meeting their tax and social obligations.
8. Suspension and ending
A partner may leave the programme at any time. ViralWorker may suspend or exclude a partner who breaches these terms or commits fraud, after telling them. Commissions earned fairly remain due; those from fraud are cancelled. ViralWorker may change the programme with at least 30 days' notice to partners.
