1. Seller
These Conditions of Sale apply to purchases of ViralWorker subscriptions and credit packs on viralworker.com. The seller is: ViralWorker, Entrepreneur individuel (EI, micro-entreprise). Email: contact@viralworker.com. Full details are in the Legal Notice.
They complement the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, which you accept before any payment.
2. What we sell
ViralWorker is an online AI service that builds Roblox games inside Roblox Studio (scripts, maps, interfaces) and generates 3D models, animations, outfits and thumbnails. It runs on credits ("Viral Credits", symbol C$): an internal unit of use with no cash value, not refundable in money and not transferable.
- Monthly subscriptions: each paid month adds the plan's credits and gives access to the plan's benefits (number of projects, AI models, daily Lucky Wheel spin).
- Credit packs: one-off purchases that add credits. Buying a pack requires an active subscription; pack credits then stay usable even without a subscription.
The name, price, credits and features of every plan and pack are shown before you order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, all taxes included; TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Payment is made online by card or the other methods offered on the secure checkout page of our payment provider Stripe. We do not store card numbers. For a subscription, you authorise a charge every month until you cancel (no charge is made during a pause, section 8).
4. Order and confirmation
You choose a plan or pack, accept these Conditions, then pay on the Stripe page. The contract is formed when the payment succeeds. A confirmation is emailed to you with a summary of the order and, where it applies, your waiver of the withdrawal right (section 6).
5. Performance
The service and the credits are supplied to your account immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the contract to withdraw from it, without giving a reason.
At checkout you expressly request, through a dedicated notice confirmed by clicking the payment button, that the service starts immediately, before that period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as you use your credits, that is as soon as content is generated for you. This request is repeated in the confirmation email.
- If you have not used any credit from the purchase, you may withdraw within 14 days and get a full refund, at the latest 14 days after your request, on the payment method you used.
- Once you have started using the credits, the withdrawal right no longer applies to that purchase. You can still cancel the subscription for the following months (section 8).
To withdraw, send a clear statement to contact@viralworker.com, for instance with the model below.
Model withdrawal form
To ViralWorker, contact@viralworker.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service:
Ordered on: …
Name of consumer: …
Address of consumer: …
ViralWorker account email: …
Date: …
7. Legal guarantee of conformity
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 to L224-25-26 of the French Consumer Code) for as long as the service is supplied. If the service is not in conformity (for example it is unavailable, or a feature of your plan does not work as described), you may ask us to bring it into conformity; if that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, you may ask for a price reduction or to end the contract with a refund.
The service is powered by AI: as its description and the Terms say, what a generation produces depends on the request and may contain errors to fix. An output you do not like is not, by itself, a lack of conformity; a service that does not provide what it describes is.
8. Duration, renewal, pause and cancellation of a subscription
A subscription runs for one month and renews automatically each month. You can cancel it at any time, online and free of charge.
Cancelling
Cancelling is done on a dedicated page, reached from Settings → Billing → Cancel my subscription. That page shows what you keep and what you lose, and asks why you are leaving (one choice from a list, with an optional free comment). You confirm the cancellation by entering a 6-digit code emailed to your account's address, valid for 10 minutes: it proves the request comes from the account holder.
Cancelling only stops the next renewal: the subscription ends at the end of the period already paid, you keep access until then and no further charge is made. An email confirms the cancellation and when it takes effect. Until that date, you can take the cancellation back (reactivate the subscription) at any time, from the same page or from the banner shown in your dashboard.
Pausing the subscription
Instead of cancelling, a subscriber whose subscription is active can pause it for 1, 2 or 3 months, at most once every 180 days. The pause starts at the end of the period already paid. During the pause no charge is made, the plan's credits are frozen (section 9) and the daily Lucky Wheel spin is off. The subscription resumes by itself on the planned date: the normal charge is made at the renewal that ends the pause, and a new period starts; a reminder email is sent a few days before the pause ends. You can also resume earlier from the same page: a new period is then charged immediately.
Unpaid renewal
If a renewal payment fails, it is retried automatically a limited number of times over about 30 days. If you cancel while that renewal is still unpaid, the subscription ends at once (no paid period is left) and the unpaid invoice is voided: you owe nothing and no further payment is attempted. This cancellation is also confirmed with the emailed code.
Daily Lucky Wheel spin
To prevent abuse, the subscribers' daily Lucky Wheel spin stops as soon as a cancellation is requested or a pause is set. If you then reactivate the subscription, or resume it before the planned end of a pause, it comes back only after one full 24-hour turn counted from that reactivation or resumption: the turn in progress is lost. This delay does not apply when a pause ends by itself on its planned date. Other benefits stay available until the end of the paid period.
Emails after cancelling
After a cancellation you may receive a few emails: notices about your account (the date your subscription ends, frozen credits), then, now and then, personalised messages about your projects, at most one every few days. They stop after about three months, or as soon as you subscribe again. Promotional messages carry an unsubscribe link and respect your choice not to receive them any more (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Credit rules
- Subscription credits: usable until the end of the paid period, including after a cancellation request. Once the subscription has ended, or during a pause, the remaining credits are frozen: they stay on your account and are neither deleted nor reduced, but cannot be spent; they become usable again as soon as a new subscription starts, or as soon as the subscription resumes after the pause.
- Pack credits: they do not expire and stay usable even without a subscription.
- Daily limit: some plans have a daily usage limit, shown in Billing. Once reached, subscription credits are paused until the end of the stated window; pack credits stay usable.
- Credits given for free (Lucky Wheel, gifts from the team, Discord server boost, welcome credits, invite friends) and credits obtained by converting a partner balance: like pack credits, they never freeze and stay usable without a subscription.
- Invite-friends credits: the reward of the "Invite friends" programme (see the Terms of Service, section 5) is paid as free credits, once per invited friend, after that friend's first payment has been verified. It has no cash value, cannot be refunded or exchanged, and may be taken back if the payment that triggered it is refunded or disputed (up to the credits still available).
10. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Any increase is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before then at no cost. Prices shown when you ordered apply to purchases already made.
11. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, write to contact@viralworker.com; we answer as soon as possible and within 30 days at most.
12. Governing law and courts
These Conditions are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country's law. In a dispute, you may bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence or of the place of performance, as consumer law allows.
13. Record of acceptance
We keep a record of your acceptance of these Conditions and of your waiver of the withdrawal right (date, version, IP address), which may be produced in a dispute.
