1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ViralWorker ("ViralWorker", "we", "us"), including our website, dashboard, and any AI generation features (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms in our signup or dashboard flow, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. The Service

ViralWorker is an AI-assisted platform that helps you describe and build Roblox games from plain-English prompts. The Service is actively evolving: features, generation quality, and the specific capabilities available to you may change, be added, or be removed at any time as we continue to develop the product.

ViralWorker is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "Roblox Studio" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox itself remains subject to Roblox's own terms and policies.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. We support optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) — we strongly recommend enabling it.

You must be old enough to lawfully use Roblox and to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence. If you are under the age required by your local law, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Account creation requires explicit acceptance of these Terms and related policies. We store a record of that acceptance (including version and timestamp) for compliance and dispute resolution.

4. Subscriptions & Credits

The Service is powered by Viral Credits, a virtual balance used to pay for generation. You can obtain credits in two ways:

• Subscription plans — recurring monthly charges that grant a fixed number of credits every billing period while the subscription stays active.
• Credit packs — one-off purchases that add a fixed number of credits to your balance immediately, with no recurring charge (where offered).

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or redeemed outside the Service. Current prices and included credits are always shown in Billing before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Billing settings.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in EUR and may be charged in your local currency by your card issuer, subject to their own exchange rates and fees. Before checkout, you must reaffirm acceptance of our Conditions of Sale and Refund Policy. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the plan or pack you select, and for every subsequent renewal until you cancel.

6. Refund Policy

Our full Refund Policy applies. In short: purchases are generally final. If you have used AI generation even once after a purchase, you are not eligible for a refund based on change of mind or dissatisfaction (including "that doesn't suit me," "that doesn't work for me," or "it broke my game"). AI results depend on your prompts; imperfect or unwanted output is not a billing defect. We may review accidental duplicate charges or clear billing errors as described in the Refund Policy. Abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings or via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you keep access to your plan's benefits (and any credits already granted) until then, and you will not be charged again afterward. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

Credits already in your balance remain usable after cancellation for as long as your account stays open, unless your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

Subscriber-only promotional features — including the Lucky Wheel daily spin — are disabled immediately once you cancel (i.e. as soon as cancellation is requested, not at the end of the billing period), even though other plan benefits and any credits already granted remain available until the period ends. This applies regardless of how the subscription is canceled, including through the Stripe billing portal. This measure exists to prevent abuse of the pattern of subscribing, claiming a promotional reward, and immediately canceling. Reactivating your subscription restores access to these features.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or request content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights;
• Attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account or generated output as a competing service;
• Circumvent any rate limits, credit costs, or usage cooldowns we put in place;
• File fraudulent payment disputes after consuming AI generations in order to obtain a free service;
• Subscribe, claim subscriber-only rewards (such as Lucky Wheel spins), and immediately cancel in order to keep receiving those rewards without maintaining an active subscription — see Cancellation Policy for how we prevent this.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the game content generated for you through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your prompts, uploaded images, and generated output solely to operate and improve the Service.

The ViralWorker platform itself — including its software, design, and branding — is our property or that of our licensors, and these Terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond what is needed to use the Service.

10. Service Availability & AI output

ViralWorker is provided on an evolving, "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

AI-generated output may contain errors, may modify or break existing scripts and systems in your Roblox place, may not always work as expected inside Roblox Studio, and must be reviewed by you before use. Results depend on the clarity and quality of your prompts. Vague, incomplete, or contradictory instructions — especially from users who are new to Roblox Studio — can produce unwanted changes. That is a normal risk of AI-assisted building and remains your responsibility.

By using the Service, you accept that AI quality is imperfect. Dissatisfaction with output, claims that the AI "broke my game," or statements that it "doesn't work for me" after generations have run do not entitle you to a refund. See the Refund Policy.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, abuse payments, or where required by law. Upon termination for cause, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralWorker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived where you live.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws generally applicable to online service agreements, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws applicable to you require otherwise — those local mandatory rights always take precedence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and the legal document version. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect — and accepting the updated documents when prompted — means you accept the updated Terms.
