1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern the use of ViralWorker (the viralworker.com website, the dashboard, the Roblox Studio plugin and the AI features, together the "Service"), published by the publisher named in the Legal Notice. By creating an account you accept them and the Privacy Policy. Purchases are also governed by the Conditions of Sale and the Refund Policy.
2. The Service and artificial intelligence
ViralWorker is an assistant based on artificial intelligence: your requests are processed by AI models, and the scripts, maps, interfaces, 3D models, animations, images and texts it produces are AI-generated. The Service evolves: features may be added, changed or removed.
ViralWorker is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "Roblox Studio" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation; your use of Roblox remains subject to its own terms.
3. Account and age
You need an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for the activity of your account; we recommend turning on two-factor authentication. The information you give must be accurate.
- You must be at least 13.
- In France, under 15, signing up requires the consent of a holder of parental authority (article 45 of the French Data Protection Act); other countries may set their own age.
- Minors may only make a purchase with the permission of their parent or guardian, who is then responsible for it.
4. Credits and purchases
The Service runs on credits (symbol C$), an internal unit of use that is not money, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Subscriptions, packs, prices, the withdrawal right, pausing and cancelling (confirmed with an emailed code) and the credit rules (including their freeze when a subscription ends or during a pause) are set out in the Conditions of Sale.
5. Lucky Wheel, partner programme and invite friends
The Lucky Wheel is governed by its rules, the partner programme by the Partner Terms.
Invite friends.Any subscriber can share a personal invite link. When a friend creates a new account through that link, confirms at checkout that they were invited by them and takes out a first subscription, the inviter receives a reward in credits, whose amount is shown on the programme's page. It is paid only once per friend, after the payment has been verified; renewals and accounts that already existed do not count. The reward is cancelled if the friend's payment is refunded or disputed. Inviting yourself with another account, or getting around the programme's rules in any other way, is forbidden and leads to the reward being refused and the invite access being suspended, without prejudice to section 10. We may change or end the programme at any time; rewards already paid are kept, except in case of fraud or if the payment that triggered them is reversed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- generate or request content that is illegal, hateful, violent towards real people, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes others' rights (copyright, trademarks, image);
- build games or content that break Roblox's rules;
- disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or attack the Service or its infrastructure;
- get around limits, credit costs, cooldowns or anti-abuse measures;
- resell or share access to your account, or use several accounts to obtain benefits;
- fraudulently obtain credits, Lucky Wheel spins or commissions.
7. Your content
Your requests (prompts), uploaded images and the content generated for you belong to you, within the limits of third parties' rights. You only grant us the right to store and process them, including through our AI providers, to provide, secure and troubleshoot the Service. We do not sell your content.
The Service itself (software, design, brand) remains ours; these Terms give you no right to it beyond using it.
8. AI output
AI-generated content may contain errors, may not work as expected in Roblox Studio and may change existing scripts and objects in your place. Review it before publishing and keep backups of your games. You are responsible for how you use that content, including publishing it on Roblox.
9. Availability
We do our best to keep the Service available and working properly, without being able to guarantee it will never be interrupted. It may be paused for maintenance; we give notice in advance when we can.
10. Suspension and closing an account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; remaining credits are then lost, and a running subscription has to be cancelled.
If you seriously breach these Terms (fraud, abuse, illegal content), we may suspend or close the account after telling you and, except in an emergency, letting you respond. If we close your account through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of your purchases.
11. Liability
We are responsible for performing the Service properly, as the law provides. We are not responsible for damage caused by use that breaks these Terms, by not reviewing generated content before publishing it, or by force majeure. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. Any material change is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or in the dashboard. If you do not accept it, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account before then.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Complaints, mediation and competent courts are as set out in the Conditions of Sale.
